This Privacy Policy explains how Hamza Enterprises (“Hamza Enterprises”, “we”, “us” or “our”), which operates the TradeTidingswebsite and service (the “Service”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you. TradeTidings is a service operated by Hamza Enterprises. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Disclaimer.

1. Who we are (data controller)

The entity responsible for your personal data is:

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the Service:

• Account data. If you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials managed by our authentication provider. We do not store your password in plain text.
• Preferences. Your watchlist, alert settings, selected market, default time range, and theme.
• Communications. The contents of any message, correction, or enquiry you send us, and your email address so we can reply.
• Technical and usage data.Information your browser or device sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps. This is collected through our hosting provider's logs and any analytics tools we use, for security and to operate and improve the Service.
• Cookies and similar technologies. See section 7 below.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not send any to us.

3. How and why we use your information

We use personal data to:

• create and administer your account and authenticate you;
• operate your watchlist and deliver the alerts you request;
• respond to your enquiries and corrections;
• operate, maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Service;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
• comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Where the law requires a lawful basis (for example for visitors in jurisdictions with such requirements), we rely on the performance of our contract with you, your consent (which you may withdraw), our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, and compliance with legal obligations, as applicable.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share it for third-party advertising.

5. Service providers and disclosure

We share personal data only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, and only as needed to run the Service. These currently include providers of:

• cloud hosting and content delivery;
• database, authentication, and back-end infrastructure;
• email and notification delivery; and
• privacy-conscious analytics and error monitoring.

We may also disclose information:

• to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental or regulatory request;
• to enforce our Terms, protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users or the public; and
• in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honour this Policy.

6. International transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and our service providers may store and process data on servers located in other countries. Where data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar local-storage technologies. For logged-out visitors these are strictly functional — for example remembering your selected market, time range, and theme. If you sign in, we use cookies that are necessary to keep you authenticated. Any analytics we run is used in aggregate to understand and improve the Service. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, but disabling functional cookies may affect how the Service works.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

10. Your rights and choices

You can, at any time:

• access and update your preferences, watchlist, and alerts from your dashboard;
• delete your watchlist, alerts, or your entire account; and
• email us at admin@tradetidings.com to request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal data, or to withdraw consent.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.

11. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

The Service links to news sources and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. This Policy applies only to TradeTidings.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Effective date” above. Material changes will be made clear by reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
